When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, your message and any documents you send us to translate or to support an application.

Information collected automatically

With your permission, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (country or city). See Cookies and tracking below.

We do not ask for identity documents or other sensitive information through this website. When you send documents to us on WhatsApp or by email for a translation, visa or work permit, we use them only for that service.

• To answer your questions and give you the price or information you asked for.
• To provide our services: recruitment, work permit and visa applications, translation and classes.
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it (only with your permission).

4.Contact through WhatsApp

Our website has buttons that open WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

5.Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. We use three types: strictly necessary cookies (always on, for example to remember your cookie choice), analytics cookies (Google Analytics, only if you accept) and marketing cookies (only if you accept).

Videos and maps

Videos on this website play from our own server and set no cookies. Google Maps only loads when you press "Show map"; at that moment Google may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

6.Who we share information with

We only share information with the government offices that handle your application when you ask us to apply for you, and with service providers that help us run our business and website, such as our hosting provider, Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp). These providers may store information outside Guyana. We may also share information when the law requires it.

7.How long we keep information

We keep messages, documents and contact details only as long as we need them to help you and for our business records, or as long as the law requires. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

8.Your choices and rights

You can:

• ask what information we have about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your permission for cookies at any time;
• tell us you no longer want to receive messages from us.
